On our visit to the hill station in Eastern Ghats, Yercaud, we visited some beautiful places. It will be good to share my experience of these places. The view points - Pagoda point, Lady's Seat and Gent's seat have breathtaking views. It was bit misty when we went to these places but was really nice to visit these view points. There is a nice park, Peeku Park, where kids and adults all can enjoy. Feeding the birds and being in the aviary is the main attraction here. We enjoyed the boating at Yercaud lake which surrounded by greenery on two sides and commercial area on other two. This lake reminds me on Kodaikanal, although not as commercial as Kodaikanal. We also visited Kiliyur waterfalls, the trek to the falls have 200 steps to reach the falls. It was nice to spend time near the falls. On our way back to Banglore, we stopped at Kurumbatti Zoological park. Take a tour of all the places in Yercaud.
