Dubare Elephant Camp, Golden Temple and Nisargdhama Park - Places to see in Coorg
Dubare Elephant camp is an awesome place to be near the elephants, feeding them and touching them. The most interesting part is the water sprinkling by Elephants. The second place we visited is Namdroling Monastery or Golden temple. The chanting by hundreds of monks is music to ears. The last place we visited was Nisargdhama, the aviary is the best part of the park. Take a tour of these magnificent places.

One of the must visit places in Coorg is Dubare Elephant camp. Feeding the elephants and sprinkling of water by elephants was great. We spent around 2 hrs at this place. After visiting the camp we went to Golden Temple. The best time to visit this place is when Monks chant, its around 12:30 pm. Hundreds of monks chant in chorus, its a music to ears. Next stop for us was Nisargdhama Forest Park. This forest is an Island surrounded by Kaveri river. The min attraction here is the aviary. These places can be covered in half day. It was a time well spent by us.
