Bettada Bhairaveshwara Temple. Beautiful ancient temple surrounded by greenery located in Mekanagadde near Sakleshpura.it is believed that this temple was built by Pandavas. There is a small hill called Pandavara gudda near the temple.
Temple was closed even at 9 in the morning. Not sure about the timings. Someone said that temple will be open between 7-8 am only.
This place is situated around 260 kms from Bengaluru and about 35 kms from Sakleshpura.
